Most orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours of payment, and many leave our warehouse the same day. Our business hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central time; we're closed Friday through Sunday, and orders placed outside business hours ship the next business day we're open.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

International orders

We ship outside the US. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier, and any customs fees or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your package arrives damaged or something's missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If possible, have the carrier note the damage on the delivery record before you sign for it, and hold onto the original box and packing. That makes any damage claim much faster to resolve.
