Check your shipping confirmation email

Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse. That email is the quickest way to see where your package is. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 48 business hours of payment, and most leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders prepaid by check are held until we have bank clearance.

USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, choose a FedEx shipping option at checkout.
