Free standard U.S. shipping for qualifying retail orders over $75. Excludes all dartboards and large items.

Please be aware all USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. For quicker delivery please choose a FedEx shipping option at checkout. If you need assistance placing your order, please contact us.

How soon will my order ship?

All orders ship within 48 business hours of receipt of payment, and most leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders prepaid by check are held until we are given bank clearance.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. See Track My Order for more.

Backorders

Normally, no. Our inventory is large enough that we are seldom out of stock. Some products do move faster than others, and if anything on your order is temporarily unavailable we will tell you immediately, along with when it is expected back. We will never substitute something you did not order.

Damaged or opened shipments

Shipments occasionally get damaged in transit. If there is any shortage or damage, have the delivery service make note of the problem, save the original container, and contact us within 48 hours. We will handle it from our end.

Important: the delivery person must note any and all packaging problems on their official delivery record. Without that, your damage claim may be disallowed.

Orders filled incorrectly

We double check every order as it is filled, but mistakes do occasionally happen. If your order was filled incorrectly, call us right away and we will work with you to put it right.

Returns and defective products

We guarantee all items against defects and have a seven (7) day return policy. Notify us within that window and we will replace or credit any defective item.

To be accepted, returned products must be:

  • Still in their original box and packaging
  • Unused, in like-new condition
  • Returned at the buyer's expense

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned non-defective merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return authorization

Call 1-800-542-3278 for an RA number (return authorization) before sending anything back. Returns received without an RA number can be delayed.
