We stand behind what we sell. If something arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right, either a replacement or a credit.

Laserdarts lifetime guarantee

Every Laserdarts barrel carries a lifetime guarantee. If a Laserdarts barrel ever breaks, cracks, or chips from normal use, we'll replace it. Other brands carry their own manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand. Ask us if you're not sure what's covered on a specific product. Full details are on our warranty page.

Returning a non-defective item

Not defective, just not what you wanted? We accept returns on unused merchandise in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Before you send anything back

Contact us by phone or email before returning or exchanging anything. We'll walk you through it and issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your RA# with the returned item; we can't accept or credit a return without one.
